KITE designed a substantially sized complex of small-scale living and working spaces and assisted with historic tax credit applications for the innovative Room & Works II in Providence, RI. The work included fitting additional floors and lofts within the historic mill’s double high ceilings in multiple buildings, the creation of a shared central beer garden, and an activated courtyard space.
