KITE Architects is seeking a talented Senior Architect who demonstrates thoughtfulness and flexibility for a full-time position.

Construction administration
Multi-family housing
Mixed-use construction
Revit

General responsibilities will include:

Preparation design documents for all stages of an architectural project including drawings, presentations, specifications, and supporting materials
Research of materials, best practices, and other resources to inform building designs
Construction administration tasks including field visits
Collaboration with other staff, clients, and consultants in order to establish and meet goals, schedules and budgets

Qualifications

NAAB-Accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
5-15 years of experience in an architecture firm – mid-career candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong creative, graphic, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in teams
Proficient in learning and using graphic software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup

KITE Architects is currently seeking applicants for the position of Architectural Intern. This is a paid, full-time internship that will run May through August depending on availability.

KITE designs human-centered buildings and spaces that are a benefit to their community. We offer an environment that respects work-life balance and provides opportunities for professional growth and meaningful contribution to a variety of project types.

The position is open to current students enrolled in an accredited architectural degree program; candidates entering their final year of their professional degree are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates should demonstrate design ability, proficiency in a variety of visual media, communication skills and a successful ability to work both independently and in teams. Prior architectural office experience is a plus and their previous roles and responsibilities should be highlighted.
