One of the more enigmatic of buildings in Providence, KITE assisted in the historic rehabilitation and conversion into ten stylish apartments and a large dramatic ground floor commercial space, now home to the wildly popular KNEAD Doughnuts. Originally built in 1875, the building retains its beautiful bronze storefront and interior grillage from the time when it was a waterside bank. The apartments range from spacious double-high spaces with lofts to cozy units with dramatic views.
