KITE is pleased to be part of the Scout LLC team in proposing a community-oriented space for small businesses and athletics.

The vision includes indoor soccer in the drill hall as well as a variety of small spaces to be rented by small businesses for immediate activation of the vacant building.

Longer term plans include public restrooms and a park-facing platform for performances and events.
